Delivery and Payment
General information
There are 3 ways of ordering from Arjimarket.am:
- Place an order online via Arjimarket.am
- Call us directly at (015) 60-60-60 and place an order via telephone
- Message us on any of our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, V Kontakte
To place an online order, simply sign in to your Arji account. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to continue as a guest at the time of checkout. Browse our inventory, choose the product/products you would like to order, add them to your cart, and continue to checkout.
To place a phone order, call us and an Arji operator will walk you through the steps. Tell them the products you would like to order, your address, and your payment method. An Arji driver will then collect and deliver your order.
If you prefer to place your order using any of our social media channels, simply message us the products you would like to order along with your delivery address and payment method. We will place the order for you and it will be delivered promptly.
In addition to online orders, orders can be placed by calling (015) 60-60-60.
When placing an online order, select an item, enter a delivery address, phone number, and a delivery window (day and time).
Our driver will contact you to deliver your order.
We do not have limitations regarding the price or quantity of the order. You may order any item included in our catalog and the payment will be processed exceptionally according to the price of the item and delivery price.
Delivery services & prices:
1) Arji delivery
Arji delivery accepts online payments and cash. Delivery costs start at 1000 AMD.
Delivery window: from 15:00 to 21:00
2) Taxi delivery
When using a taxi delivery service, you can only pay online (cash payments are not accepted). Delivery costs will be automatically calculated according to your address.
Payment
There are several modes of payment:
- Online: you can pay using bank cards such as: Arca, Visa, or Master. You may also pay via Idram.
- Cash on delivery
- In case of taxi delivery, you may only pay online; cash payments are not accepted.
FREE delivery is available in case of a minimum purchase of 8000 AMD.
Order Status and history
After logging in to the site, you can track your order history on your profile. See the date of the order, the status (driver en route to collect your order, delivery in progress, delivered, etc.) as well as the total amount.
Cash payment terms
- Cash payment is made upon delivery of the order. In the case of delayed payment, or no payment, the delivery driver has the right to take back the order.
- We only accept payments in Armenian Dram, according to the legislation of RA.
- The prices of the goods presented on the site are final and include all taxes.
Return or exchange of ordered goods
- Assuming the contents of your order have not undergone any qualitative or quantitative changes, you may return your order within 14 days upon reception. Be sure to present a receipt or invoice upon return. Return policy excludes products that are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the RA legislation.
- If you wish to return a product that is determined by the quality of its features, you are entitled to replace the product with the help of our courier.
- If you find that you have mistakenly ordered a product that is not from your preferred brand, you may exchange the product so long as they are from the same product group. In such cases, you will be charged only the difference, if any.
Emails and communication
When you visit our website or email us, you agree to be in communication with us. We update our users via email, and/or by consistently updating our website. In order to ensure that transactions are properly authorized, you must agree to receive electronic communications from Arjimarket.am.
Arjimarket.am sends the following emails to its customers:
- Email confirmations
- In response to your emails
- An order confirmation letter, which outlines the details of your order, a notice of delivery, or a notice of cancellation.
